All our breads are made with certified organic, stone-milled flours—chosen not just for flavor, but also for their superior nutritional value. We follow traditional breadmaking methods using a natural sourdough culture I.e. levain—a mix of wild yeasts and acids that slowly ferment the dough. This gentle process breaks down the gluten, creating beneficial amino acids allowing the nutrients to be more accessible to your body.
Each loaf takes three full days to craft, allowing deep flavor and texture to develop naturally—right up to the moment it’s baked to perfection.
