Our Story, Our Passion
Picking up the crumbs of a forsaken bakery—We opened the doors in September, 2011. Though facing further challenges and financial difficulties, Pan d’Or closed and reopened thrice before we as family finally managed to establish ourselves in the historic heart of Santa Eulalia in January, 2019.

Do you have questions about Pand’Or? Here are quick answers to the most common questions.
In the fridge! It might be uncommon to some to store bread in a fridge but in fact it is the most ideal place in your house to keep it. Just bag it in a ziplock and let it chill, It will keep for over a week.
First thing we recommend is to always toast your bread, this revives the moisture content making it as if it was straight from the oven. Then the possibilities are endless; tostdas, jam&butter or just some good olive oil pares amazingly. Let your taste buds guide you!
Remember to sharpen your knife! Its often that Bread knives are forgotten to be sharpened or not sharpened at all. Though if you still find it hard, we recommend an offset bread knife to give you better leverage and control when slicing.
Stone milled flour is a healthier, more flavorful option. It’s ground slowly at low temperatures, preserving nutrients, natural oils, and fiber from the whole grain.
